360° TRAINING
At Voxel School we want to promote healthy living at all levels and for the whole community of the school; students, teachers and staff. Therefore, we want to encourage the practice of sport and healthy living, so that we can be a healthy and active campus, with more strength to face challenges.
During the course we will provide you with nutritional coaching so that you can improve your diet and acquire the habits that will make your brain more active and more creative and your body fitter.
We have agreements with gyms in the area to encourage you to do some kind of physical activity. And during the course we will develop activities to get all of us in shape.
Throughout the academic year, we promote seminars and workshops focused on socio-emotional competencies (self-esteem, personal growth, stress management, etc).
